Introduction to UL1007 Electronic Wire

UL1007 is a general-purpose PVC-insulated hook-up wire compliant with UL 758 safety standard, one of the most widely used internal wiring cables in the electrical and electronic industry.

Material: The conductor adopts multi-strand tinned oxygen-free copper (or bare copper), with excellent conductivity and easy tinning process. The insulation is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), featuring stable electrical insulation, good flexibility and flame retardancy (UL VW-1 flame rated).
Ratings: Rated temperature 80°C for long-term operation, rated voltage 300V, suitable for conventional low-voltage electronic environments.
Applications: Primarily used for internal circuit wiring of household appliances, instruments, lighting, automation equipment and consumer electronics, also applicable for PCB jumpers and component interconnection. Not suitable for external power cords or outdoor wiring.
